Are you selling an unlimited amount of memberships?
No, there is a limited quantity of memberships. This ensures that all members are able to access the facility.
I’m not a member, I have tried to book, but there are not any times available, what can I do?
Consider purchasing a membership. Contact the facility either by email: eagleswingolf@gmail.com, Facebook messenger or phone 208 283-4377, to see if there are any memberships available. Members are able to see all available times 24hrs a day Mon-Sat.
What if there are no memberships available?
Ensure that you get on the waiting list, as memberships become available those on the waiting list will be notified.
I’m a member and am having a hard time finding open times to book a session. What should I do?
It’s imperative that you plan ahead when booking your sessions. With a full facility, you may need to book up to a week in advance.
I’ve booked a session, but will not be able to make it, can I cancel the session?
Yes, if you are unable to attend a session you booked PLEASE cancel that session as early as possible. This will give others a chance to book that time slot.
Can I bring someone with me when I golf?
Yes, you are able to bring friends and/or family. Make sure to schedule enough time while still following the “3 active booked sessions” rule.
What is the “3 active booked sessions” rule?
Don’t book more than 3 active session/hours at a time. If you book 8/7 at 1pm, 8/8 at 2pm and 8/15 at 1 pm do not book anymore until you use one of the scheduled sessions. Likewise if you book 8/8 1pm, 2pm and 3pm. Don’t schedule any other times until you use the 3 sessions you scheduled. This gives all members an equal chance to book the facility throughout the month. (1 session = 1 hour)
I’m having a family reunion and I have an unlimited membership, can I book the entire weekend for the family?
No, to ensure ALL members have the most opportunities to use the facility it’s imperative that all members follow the “3 active booked sessions” rule.
Am I responsible for any guests I bring?
Yes, you assume all responsibility for any damages or injuries incurred by guests you bring. Guests MUST sign a liability waiver prior to using the facility. All guests can sign one waiver.
My guest isn’t using the simulator, do they still need to sign the liability waiver?
Yes, anyone in the facility must sign a liability waiver. Miss hits happen, ricochets happen, it is possible for someone to get injured even though they are not golfing.
Can I let anyone in my family use the membership?
No, as a member you can bring friends or family with you to golf at the facility, but they are not allowed to come without you.
Can I book a time for my friend/family member?
No, friends and family that want to use the facility on their own will need to purchase their own membership. This ensures that all paying members are able to have maximum access to the facility.
Can I book a time, come open the door for my friend/family, then leave?
No, do not book the facility for another person using your membership. You must be present during all sessions you book. Refer your friend/family to purchase a membership of their own. This ensures that all paying members are able to have maximum access to the facility.
Can my friend and I split the cost of a membership?
No, there are too many gray areas that can easily make it seem like it’s 2 people using the membership separately for the price of one membership.
